I bought the civvy model about ten years ago for $200 and used it for possum hunting & wood-gathering,
it still runs well and gets the odd job, and bought the army job in a sorry state of repair a couple of years
ago and restored it - still to run it in properly but it goes well. The field gun is a WW1 german howitzer that
was given to our town as "war booty", buried for 35 years by a pacifist mayor, and recently dug up & restored.
